Prawn and Mango Salad

Directions

1Peel and chop the prawns in half and place in a salad bowl.

2Add the lettuce, mango, avocado and coriander leaves and mix together.

3In a small bowl mix the dressing ingredients together and pour over the salad.

4Enjoy.

Ingredients

100 g Prawns

2 tbsp Mango, cut into cubes

2 tbsp Avocado, slices

1 1/2 cups Cos lettuce, shredded

1/4 cup Coriander leaves

1 tbsp Olive oil

1 Red chili, chopped (small)

2 tbsp Fresh lime juice
